Return & Refund Policy

We follow a Strict Open Box Delivery Policy to ensure complete transparency and prevent misuse.

📦 Open Box Delivery (Mandatory)

At the time of delivery, the customer must open the package in the presence of the delivery agent and carefully inspect the product for:

  • Correct item received

  • Physical damage

  • Missing parts or accessories

❌ Damaged or Missing Product

If the product is damaged, broken, or any item is missing:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Request the delivery agent to mark the order as “Damaged in Transit / Open Box Rejected”

⚠️ Important:
Orders accepted despite damage or missing items will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

🚫 After Delivery – No Return / No Refund

Once the order is accepted after open-box delivery, no return or refund requests will be entertained for:

  • Minor defects, scratches, or cosmetic issues

  • Damaged or tampered packaging

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only when the delivery is rejected during open box inspection

  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after return verification
